Support For Your Heart

From the Comfort of Home

Welcome + Hello

I'm Shannon Norberg, if we haven't met before.

If you're looking for personal support after a loss, whether in pregnancy or after birth, or if you've experienced infertility losses or childlessness after a loss, I'd love to work with you.

This is not therapy, medical or midwifery care (just to be clear from the start), rather I offer individualized support sessions, online or by phone, that include compassionate listening, support as you navigate your life after these unique losses, and the option to add restorative yoga for support with grief, sleep, and general wellbeing.

The sessions are created as we go, considering what you'd like to include, with the intention of adding a layer of support around what you're going through.

Because grief can be so overwhelming, especially in the early days and around anniversaries or other special days, it can help to have a witness to what you're going through, so that you can make a little more sense of what you're experiencing and begin to explore your next steps.

I'll be present as you tune in to what your own heart needs to get through and keep going (and yes it's okay if you feel like you have no idea what you need or what your heart is saying).

Your inner voice is powerful and so wise, but it can take time, space and self-compassion to hear it.

We might focus on practical ways to feel more supported in your day to day life. We may talk, spend time reflecting in silence, go through a guided restorative yoga session or do some creative planning, it really depends on what's going on for you that day.

Some of the benefits of restorative yoga include support for the effects of grief, including sleep disturbances and physical and emotional stress, and for people who are going through change.
